Drama and theatre classes in Utrecht

Theatre in Utrecht: 207 classes at 16 theatre schools and groups. Most of them are on Wednesday and Monday, and 79 start at 17:00 or later, nicely after school. Ages run from 1 to 55, so there is something for the little ones as well as for older children, and 19 classes welcome grown-ups too. Prices are written in different ways: in the middle of the range about €239.67 for a whole course, and at other places about €45 a month — so compare what one term covers.

4 classes cost nothing at all. A free trial lesson is normal here: 33 classes offer one, so your child can try before you decide. 3 classes are taught in English or with English help, which is good to know if Dutch is still new at home. Not every school writes everything down: 80 don’t give an age and 35 don’t give a time. We say so on the card instead of guessing. Every line comes from the school’s own page, with the date we last checked it. Pick two that fit your week and go and have a look.
